I started with my D day in Germany with this excellent 2009 Klingeberger from schloss ortenberg ( close to Barden). This Riesling kabinett has light golden color and amazing flowery aroma. The crispy flavor with great acidity melted and paired with the fat of this classic venison dish in this restaurant of golf club OSCCHBERGHOF. That's really nice~
Iended up my D2 in Germany with this local Germany red wine at VAPINAO italy restaurant at ESSEN。 This wine expressed a hint of fruit notes, soft tannin , and nice acidity to pair well this tino pizza。
I ended up with my D3 in Germany with this 2010 August Kesseler pinot noir. It boasts subtle raspberry aroma with fine acidity and light body flavor.
這次德國之旅 喝到一瓶很不錯的Riesling , 特別的是晚餐的地點離那酒廠相當近, 所以喝起來特別有fu!
另外, 也嚐到一瓶風味迷人的德國pinot noir,來自相當知名的August Keller 酒廠,不過這瓶酒可是在德國高鐵火車上買的~
