喜歡德國雙B的朋友, 除了速度和馬力外,最吸引人的還有那有"質感"的車內空間 .當把鼻子埋入裝有這Kunstler reisling dry 的葡萄酒杯時,所感受到像是進入一個有"質感"的空間 . 貴氣般的打火石味中摻雜著青蘋果的果香, 有如精品香水的香氣令人愛不釋鼻 . 而有深度的酸度進一步把這質感立體化成3度 空間 , 悠遊其中, 快意無限啊!

延續與國外客戶在 dussedorf 日本餐廳okinii 的聚餐.  瑞典老饕客戶選第二隻紅酒是德國的spatburgunder 紅酒.  我問他為何選德國紅酒, 他回答的巧 "在德國 ,就應該嚐嚐在地紅酒呀!" 這與我喝葡萄酒"理念"是不謀而合, 多多嚐試當地陌生的葡萄酒常常帶給我有一種莫名的探索快感. 這瓶spaburgunder 散發出" pinot noir "style 的豐盈香氣特性, 但是與法國的burgendy pinot noir 那一種醉人的芬芳相差有十萬八千里.  一樣的品種在不同的風土條件 (terroir )下所蘊釀出的味道竟是如此的不同, 我不禁下個結論:No spaburgunder =pinot noir !!!

So far , this bottle is the best spatburgunder ( pinot noir  in German)wine I have ever tasted in Germany but it's still far away from the typical pinot noir in my mind. I must say I love 2B cars ( BENZ and BMW) in Germany but 2B wines ( Burgundy and Bordeaux) in France.

Even I were at the home town of  the famous Furstenburg  German beer but my only choice was  that mineral ,and  floral Riesling !

I started with my D day in Germany with this excellent 2009 Klingeberger from schloss ortenberg ( close to Barden). This Riesling kabinett has light golden color and amazing flowery aroma. The crispy flavor with great acidity melted and paired with the fat of this classic venison dish in this restaurant of golf club OSCCHBERGHOF. That's really nice~

目前最夯的國片莫過於" 那一年我們一起追過的女孩",  想起自己和死黨追女孩的那一年是如此甜蜜中帶著酸溜. 很驚喜地, 今晚這瓶Trittenheimer Apotheke Riesling 竟然呈現出這樣令人回味的感覺, 入口時的香甜與瞬間隨之湧上的酸度,把我帶回國中時期那段少年維特煩惱的點點滴滴. 男人年過40 , 好像真是剩一張嘴,葡萄酒才是最愛
