什麼是最能代表今年夏天的味道呢? 芬芳的青草香還是濃郁的水果味? 對我而言是這瓶2005 pomard Domain de courcel chardonnay. 有如關廟鳳梨的甜味在開瓶後竄入清境農場暖暖的空氣中,讓人不禁要說"香很大".

有人說白酒要配白肉,紅酒要配紅肉; 我想最佳的美酒搭檔還是眼前這合歡山壯麗的山景,山巒疊逸的景致與充滿結構層次感的酒質相互輝印

而在清境日初的曙光下, 我為這瓶充滿青黃色澤的葡萄酒液 留下一幕優雅的倩影作為這次旅程的最佳的留念

Something about that wine

The wine was bought at the wine shop New Century in Taipei( http://ncw.tw) before I headed to my camping trip on 5/1.  The fabulous tasting experience has haunted my mind since  the courcel wine series tasting at New Century one month ago so I decided to pick it up as company for this summer journey.  The interesting thing is this decent charnonnay outperformed other expensive pinot noir courcel red wines  and grabbed the most attention during that wine tasting.  Tres bien!!!
